Do I have to be home ?

No, We will notify you the weekend before we are due with a allocated day, if you leave rear access you can pay later through bank transfer or a text payment link.

Can I alternate extras such as sky lights and conservatory windows?

Yes absolutely, some customers also like to alternate dormers and lantern roofs.

How do I pay?

We offer a range of payment options, if you are home you can pay cash or contactless if not you can pay via a texted payment link or through bank transfer.

What if I’ve got nervous pets?

We are always concious of pets, if you need to reshedule within the week to be home with your pet just let us know when it’s convenient and we’ll try our best to accommodate you. Our operatives are instructed to leave property as found eg gates closed or bolted.

What if im not happy with my clean?

We always aim for 100% satisfaction with our cleans, if for any reason you are unhappy with your clean contact us through the customer portal and we will always return to resolve your issue.
