Using our customer portal, you will always be able to see when we are due to visit next and your account balance. We will send you a message the weekend before cleaning just as a reminder to allow time for any requests or changes to your scheduled clean.
Rescheduling is easy, if you need us to call at a certain time or would like us to change your date simply message us using the portal and we will do the rest.
You do not need to be at home when we visit, as long as any rear access is left open/unlocked our team will come and complete your clean leaving your property safe and secure before we leave.
Payments can then be made by text link or direct bank transfer.
Our service includes all glass, frames, sills and doors. Ground floor windows/doors will always be finished with a cloth.
We offer our customers the choice of 4, 8 or 12 weekly cleans.
